Chile - 2 September 2011
Qantas have applied [

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is close of business (ie. 5pm) 9 September 2011, with the applications due by close of business 16 September 2011. If no notice of intention is received by close of business 9 September 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

Thailand - 18 August 2011
Qantas have applied [PDF: 55 KB] to the Commission for an allocation of fourteen B747 equivalent frequencies per week to be used for third country code share services on the route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is close of business (ie. 5pm) 25 August 2011, with the applications due by close of business 1 September 2011. If no notice of intention is received by close of business 25 August 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

Papua New Guinea - 11 August 2011
HeavyLift have applied [PDF: 633 KB] to the Commission to renew Determination [2005] IASC 114, as varied by Decision [2011] IASC 204, the total of which allocates 22.5 tonnes of freight capacity on the PNG route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make an application or submission is close of business (ie. 5pm) 18 August 2011, with the applications and submissions due by close of business (ie. 5pm) 25 August 2011. If no notice of intention is received by close of business 18 August 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

Update - 2 September 2011
On 25 August 2011, the Commission issued Renewal Determination [2011] IASC 111 [PDF: 139 KB] reallocating 22.5 tonnes of freight capacity to HeavyLift. On 30 August 2011 the Commission also issued Resolution [2011] IASC R07 [PDF: 9 KB] which grants HeavyLift an extension of time until 30 November 2011, to fully use other capacity allocated on the PNG route.
Indonesia - 15 July 2011

The Commission have received an application [PDF: 79 KB] from Virgin Australia seeking 1,625 seats of third country code share capacity to permit Singapore airlines and/or SilkAir to code share on Virgin Australia services to points in India via Singapore. Other applications for the capacity are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is close of business (ie. 5pm) 22 July 2011, with the applications due by close of business (ie. 5pm) 29 July 2011. If no notice of intention is received by close of business 22July 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

New Zealand - 16 May 2011
The Commission has received an application [PDF: 59 KB] from Pacific Blue Australia seeking a variation of Determination [2007] IASC 118 to permit Air New Zealand to code share on Pacific Blue Australia services on the New Zealand route. Submissions about this application are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 23 May 2011, with the submissions due by cob 30 May 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 23 May 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

Thailand and Taiwan - 6 May 2011
The Commission has received an application from Qantas [PDF: 56 KB] seeking an allocation of fourteen frequencies per week on the Thailand route and 2,121 weekly seats on the Taiwan route to be used for third country code share services. Other applications for the capacity are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is cob 12 May 2011, with the applications due by cob 19 May 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 12 May 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

Indonesia - 21 April 2011
The Commission has received an application from Qantas [PDF: 35 KB] seeking an allocation of 540 seats and three frequencies of beyond Indonesia capacity, to allow them to introduce additional services from Australia to Denpasar and to points beyond Indonesia. Other applications for the capacity are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 3 May 2011, with the submissions due by cob 10 May 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 3 May 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

The Commission has received an application [PDF: 492 KB] from Pacific Blue Australia, seeking a variation of Determination [2009] IASC 133 which allocates 3.15 B747 equivalent services of capacity per week in each direction on the Thailand route, to permit the capacity allocated to be used to offer joint services with V Australia or any wholly-owned subsidiary of the Virgin Blue Group. Submissions about the application are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 8 April 2011, with the submissions due by cob 15 April 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 8 April 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.

Papua New Guinea - 24 March 2011
On 24 March 2011, the Commission received an application from HeavyLift to vary Determination [2005] IASC 114 [PDF: 95 KB], as amended by decision [2006] IASC 210 [PDF: 95 KB], to reduce the capacity allocated by 17.5 tonnes per week. The application may be found here [PDF: 25 KB].
Update
On 25 March 2011, the Commission issued Decision [2011] IASC 204 [PDF: 77 KB] varying Determination [2005] IASC 114 to reduce the amount of capacity allocated from 40 tonnes of freight capacity per week to 22.5 tonnes of freight capacity per week on the Papua New Guinea route.
France Route 3 (New Caledonia) - 7 March 2011
On the 3 March 2011 the Commission received a request from Pacific Wings to revoke Determination [2009] IASC 112, which allocates 0.25 units of capacity on the France Route 3 (New Caledonia) route and Determination [2009] IASC 116 which allocates 0.50 units of capacity on the France Route 3 (New Caledonia) route. On 7 March 2011, the delegate of the IASC Commissioners issued Decision [2011] IASC 203, revoking Determinations [2009] IASC 112 and [2009] IASC 116. A copy of the decision may be found here [PDF: 76 KB].
Singapore - 13 January 2011
The Commission has received an application [PDF: 66 KB] from Qantas seeking a variation to Determination [2007] IASC 116 to permit Finnair to code share on Qantas operated services between Australia and Singapore. Qantas has also sought an allocation of 14 frequencies per week to enable Qantas to code share on Finnair’s Bangkok-Helsinki and Singapore-Helsinki services. Applications and submissions about the applications are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make an application or submission is COB 20 January 2011, with applications or submissions due by COB 27 January 2011. If no notice of intention is received by COB 20 January 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
