The Commission has received an application [PDF: 45 KB] from Qantas seeking a renewal of Determination [2009] IASC 124, which allocates one all-cargo frequency per week on the Hong Kong route and expires on 13 July 2015. In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 28 July 2014, with the application due by COB 4 August 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 28 July 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
