The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application from Virgin Australia requesting the renewal of Determination [2019] IASC 124 which allocates 150 one-way seats of capacity per day on the France route, subject to certain conditions.
Invitation for other applications
In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.
The closing date for making an application is 22 August 2025. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Director of the Commission, by email (at contact@iasc.gov.au), as soon as possible.
Update: 15-September-2025
On 15 September 2025, the Commission issued Renewal Determination [2025] IASC 110 allocating to Virgin Australia 150 one-way seats of capacity per day on the France route, subject to certain conditions. The determination is valid for five years from 25 October 2025.
