The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application from Virgin Australia requesting the renewal of Determination [2020] IASC 105 which allocates 120 seats of passenger capacity per week on the Indonesia route, subject to certain conditions.
Invitation for other applications
In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route. The closing date for making an application is 25 September 2025.
Update: 03-October-2025
On 3 October 2025, the Commission issued Renewal Determination [2025] IASC 114 allocating to Virgin Australia 120 seats of passenger capacity per week on the Indonesia route, subject to certain conditions. The determination is valid for five years from 29 August 2026.
