On 23 September 2025, the International Air Services Commission (the Commission) received an application from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2023] IASC 123 on the New Zealand route, to permit Malaysian Airlines to code share on selected Qantas operated services between Australia and New Zealand.
Invitation for Submissions
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the variation application. The closing date for making a submission is 9 October 2025.
