The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application from Qantas seeking to vary Determinations [2023] IASC 131 on the Indonesia route, to permit Finnair and IndiGo to code share on selected Jetstar operated services.
Invitation for Submissions
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application. The closing date for making a submission is 12 January 2026.
Update: 03-February-2026
On 30 January 2026, the Commission issued Decision [2026] IASC 201 varying Determination [2023] IASC 131 on the Indonesia route to permit Finnair and IndiGo to code share on selected Jetstar operated services, subject to certain conditions. The permission is valid for the duration of the determination commencing from 30 January 2026.
