On 29 April, the International Air Services Commission (the Commission) received an application from Qantas requesting to renew the following determinations allocating capacity:
Italy
Determination [2022] IASC 101 which allocates three frequencies per week, subject to certain conditions.
Timor-Leste
Determination [2022] IASC 112 which allocates five frequencies per week, subject to certain conditions.
Vietnam
Determination [2021] IASC 105 which allocates seven frequencies per week, subject to certain conditions.
Invitation for other applications
In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity. The closing date for making an application is 14 May 2026.
