On 27 July, the International Air Services Commission (the Commission) received an application from Qantas requesting to renew the following determinations allocating capacity:

Korea

Determination [2022] IASC 113 which allocates 2,193 seats per week, subject to certain conditions, and permits Qantas' wholly-owned subsidiary Jetstar to utilise the capacity for code sharing with Finnair. 

France (Route 1)

Determination [2021] IASC 106 which allocates 250 one-way codeshare seats per week, subject to certain conditions, and permits Qantas to utilise the capacity for code sharing with British Airways, Emirates and Air France.

Qantas is seeking renewal of both determinations for a further five-year period and requests that all existing conditions are retained. 

Invitation for other applications

In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity. The closing date for making an application is 12 August 2026
